Cancellation Policy: DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your service total. • Must cancel within 48hrs to avoid fees. No-Show Policy: No call/ No show Will be charged the full balance of the service booked. If you arrive outside of the 15 minute grace period, your appointment will be cancelled and you’ll be charged for the remaining balance of the service. If you need to reschedule, make sure to do so within 48 hours of your original appointment. You are only allowed to reschedule your appointment ONE TIME and within 30 days of your original appointment date. Rescheduling same-day fee: $50 per service. THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!
